We've rolled out a store credit rewards program, and if you've shopped with us before, you're probably already earning. Here's exactly how it works.
One requirement up front: you need to be subscribed and have accepted marketing emails from us to earn and redeem points. If you're not getting emails from Skirmshop USA, that's probably why your points aren't showing up — subscribe first, then everything below applies.
Earning Points
Once you're subscribed, you earn points automatically, just for doing things you were probably already doing:
- Place an order — every purchase earns you points, automatically, no code needed
- Create an account — one-time bonus for signing up
- Subscribe to our newsletter — one-time bonus
- Celebrate your birthday — we'll send you points every year, automatically
Redeeming Points
Once you've got points, turn them into real store credit at checkout:
- 100 points → $4.00 in store credit
- 200 points → $8.00 in store credit
- 500 points → $20.00 in store credit
Store credit works like cash at checkout — no restrictions on what you use it on.
Prefer a discount instead of credit? You can also redeem points for a percentage off your order:
- 300 points → 10% off
- 500 points → 15% off
Wishlist
Alongside points, we've also got a wishlist feature — save any product to your wishlist and keep track of what you're eyeing for next time. It's a simple way to build out your cart over time instead of losing track of gear you wanted but weren't ready to buy yet.
Already Shopped With Us?
If you've placed an order with Skirmshop USA before, we went back through our order history and credited you points based on what you've already spent — as a thank you for supporting us before this program even existed. Check your account, there's a good chance you're already sitting on a balance.
A note on that: a handful of past orders didn't have enough info attached (missing or mismatched email, incomplete profile) for us to match them up automatically. If you've ordered before and your balance looks off, reach out and we'll sort it out.
A Few Things to Know
- You must be subscribed and opted in to marketing emails to earn and redeem points
- Store credit expires 12 months after it's earned, so don't let it sit too long
- Points are tied to your account — make sure you're logged in or using the same email at checkout to earn and redeem
Questions about your balance or how points work? Reach out and we'll help you sort it out.
