The Kraken for AAP-01 TDC hopup chamber is probably the most versatile TDC hopup chamber on the market. There are two different versions of this hopup, The standard version, and this Ultimate Version.
This Ultimate version itself can be used as a low profile single TDC grub screw unit with included Top Cover adjustment screw that can be adjusted with a hex key tool, or you can combine it with our STALKER Low Profile AAP-01 TDC Mini Kit (Included in this Ultimate Set) so the hop can be adjusted with a clicker wheel setup or, you can combine it with the STALKER TDC Rail Kits which are sold separately so the wheel is in between the Stalker rail kits and your hop is easy to adjust on the fly.
Because the AAP-01 is a lightweight pistol, we choose to make the Hopup Body piece from Stainless steel to balance the weight of the pistol midsection. Adding weight to your gun to balance the blowback recoil, especially in a polymer framed gun, is nothing new when it comes to the world of competitive shooting. We thought it would be cool to balance the blowback recoil and maintain the accuracy of the AAP-01.
Besides that, Unlike Aluminum chamber bodies, the Hopup unit body cannot wear out by screw thread or drill bits! Super Strong!
